In this evening, we gather here in thin shining Kunming International Convention and Exhibition Center, in this spring town Kunming for the GMS ECF. On behalf of Yunnan DOFCOM, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude and welcome to all the honorable guests for thin cocktail reception.

I would like to thank you for your great support and cooperation to the Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province all the way along. I am so happy to see so many old and new friends here to talk business and to enhance friendship with each other. I would like to say, if there is any achievement we made, we could not make it without your support.

There is an old Chinese saying: Friends from afar, how happy we are! At this very happy moment, please allow me to propose a toast: for our further cooperation, for our increasing friendship and for your health, everybody raises your bottle, let's---Cheers!

Cocktail reception is in a cordial and friendly atmosphere. Leaders from every side of GMS and enterprise representatives make sufficient and efficient communication, which is the well basis to further deepen the communication amongst GMS countries.
